Doggie Diaries: Cocoa- The Life of a Dog

     Woof! Hello internet buddies! It's me, Cocoa! Mommy has agreed to let us post on her blog. We have our own series! I am really excited to meet some of you! I ♥ comments! :p Woof! 

Hmmm what should I write about today? Well I've just been busy doing what dogs do:

Sleep

Eat

Sleep some more

Bark

Search the kitchen for food

Hop up on the counters to look for food

Chew on toys

Sleep even more

Yep, with this busy schedule I might barely have time to post! But I'll find a way... ;)

Last week I got my monthly fur cut. (I look much better than the picture of me above!) I don't really like it when Mommy takes me to the groomers because it is very loud there and other dogs yell, "RUN WHILE YOU CAN!" "STAY AWAY FROM THE LADY WITH THE RAZOR!" I guess it's not that bad....

It feels good when the groomer lady brushes me and bathes me. She really knows how to scrub scrub scrub!

I don't really see the point of going to the groomers, though. When we get home I just go to the backyard and roll in more dirt! Mommy seems to get mad at me when I do that...

Doggie Diaries: Meet the Dogs



Cocoa

Hi, my name is Cocoa. Mimi is my mommy. I have two sisters and one brother. We all have a happy home here and our mommy is Mimi. I am a cocker spaniel and I love to eat. I am 6 years old and my birthday is in May. I am a little shy at first, but Mommy says I am very sweet once you get to know me. I like personal space and don't like to be cuddled too much. But I will do anything for you if you feed me lots of food! I can not wait until the holidays are here. I love getting lots of treats and eating a huge Christmas dinner! Hey there! I'm Molly. I am a Border Collie mix. Mimi is my mommy and Cocoa, Daizee, and Spain are my siblings. I am 9 years old and I love my life with Mommy. She takes very good care of us. I love to play and I love kids. But I don't really like little kids or babies. I love to play but Mommy says I play too rough with my other little siblings. Since I am the biggest dog, I need to be more careful with my other brother and sisters. I will be writing more soon! See you later! -Molly

Hi. My name is Spain. I am a Silky Terrier. I am 5 years old. A silky terrier is a mix between an Austrailian Terrier and a Yorkie Terrier. I love my mommy and family more than anything. I will do anything for my family. Mommy says I am a real sweetie pie. I am the only boy out of my siblings. Living with 3 sisters can be tough, but I get used to it. Daizee and I always play together. I used to play with Cocoa but we don't play together anymore. Daizee and I run and chase each other everyday. Mommy says that we are very loud and annoying sometimes. Daizee will pin me to the ground because she is bigger than me. But I am still tough even though I am the smallest. I'll be writing on here very soon and tell you more about my life! -Spain

Every year, on the day after Christmas, my family writes out what our New Year's Resolutions are. I used to print out New Year's Resolution cards and then we would fill it out. After that, we put all of our New Year's Resolutions into a jar. We're not aloud to open the jar until the first of Janurary the next year. :)
